"These shots were made on a bright, sunny day with Tri-x (400). I developed in D-76, N minus 1 (N-1) for 5 1/2 minutes, to decrease the contrast and bring out middle tones ordinarily lost with full development. Prints were made on Ilford Multigrade Glossy 5x7 originals with good results at normal contrast. I hope they can be used to show what a remarkable job the Brownie Hawkeye can do with a little loving care. (I bought it for $5.00 at a tent sale and cleaned it up myself.)
